The head of the Spanish scientific station in Antarctica visits SEK-Catalunya

The head of the Spanish science station in Antarctica, Joan Riba, visited SEK-Catalunya to offer an interesting talk to Secondary and International Baccalaureate students.

During the talk, students learned about the projects that are carried out at the base, as well as the climatic conditions with which the professionals assigned there must live.

The Spanish science station in Antarctica is part of the Higher Center for Scientific Research and is located on Livingston Island, in the South Shetland archipelago.
