SEK Education Group and the NGO Pour un Sourire D’enfant (PSE) have organised the 2nd SEK-PSE fun run and party with the aim of raising awareness on the situation in Cambodia and to raise money for PSE’s main programmes. The event, which took place at the University Camilo José Cela Villafranca Campus, included several fun runs to raise funds for Cambodian children, music, games and entertainment for the whole family.
During the event, two fun runs were held. An adult race, which began at 11.00 and rewarded the first three finalists of the male and female categories, and another in which any member of the family attending the party could take part and in which all runners were rewarded. The participants of the race, in addition, received a runner’s gift a bag and at the end a free snack was served.
The mission of the NGO Pour un Sourire D’enfant (PSE) is to end extreme poverty in Cambodia, ensuring children can access education so that they then go on to better quality and better paid jobs in the future. The vision of PSE is a future in which each child receives the highest quality education to contribute to building a sustainable world.
