His Majesty King Felipe VI received a delegation from the Board of Trustees of Camilo José Cela University (UCJC) in an audience held at the Palacio de La Zarzuela, as the institution celebrates the 25th anniversary of its founding. The delegation was led by Nieves Segovia, President of SEK Education Group and of the UCJC Board of Trustees, who conveyed to the King the gratitude of the entire university community for his reception on such a significant occasion for the institution.
Founded in 2000 and linked from the outset to Camilo José Cela —its honorary and lifelong rector— Camilo José Cela University is part of SEK Education Group, an educational institution with more than 130 years of history and a well-established tradition of innovation across its learning communities in Europe and the Middle East.
As part of its 25th anniversary, UCJC has launched a new strategic phase aimed at strengthening its international outlook, expanding its academic offerings, and advancing the integration of cutting-edge technologies into teaching and learning. The university’s Board of Trustees, responsible for guiding and overseeing its institutional development, continues to promote initiatives designed to foster excellence and innovation in higher education.
