SEK Lab startups present their projects at Demo Day

SEK Lab, the first Spanish vertical education accelerator, sponsored by SEK Education Group, held its Demo Day, in which participating startups were given the opportunity to showcase their ideas to investors, entrepreneurs and intra-entrepreneurs passionate about education.

The event, held at the Rafael del Pino Foundation, was a great occasion for the most disruptive education startups to showcase their projects related to multiple intelligences through play, apps to improve communication and family relationships or virtual reality to improve the learning experience and team work.

The startups graduating at the Demo Day 2017 were The Education District, Smile & Learn, CuiCui Studios, MD. USE Innovative Solutions, Dinantia, Claned (Finlandia), Graph Lock (USA).

SEK Lab aims to spearhead international entrepreneurship models and offer a work space for the whole SEK education community and to sector startups who wish to train and launch their ideas in coworking, mentoring and R&D development environments.

In addition, the international education expert, Stephen Heppell, gave a presentation entitled Trends in Education.
