SEK International Schools and the Faculty of Education at Camilo José Cela University have launched a training program in educational leadership for their professionals, designed by expert Mark Kabban. This initiative is part of SEK Education Group’s commitment to providing excellent training to its teachers and professionals, equipping them with tools that allow them to offer the best education to their students and effectively face the challenges of today’s teaching.
The training, designed by the Examined Leadership Collective, combines executive coaching and consulting psychology to strengthen the capacity of professionals and teachers in areas such as stress reduction, change management, teamwork and working in complex environments. This approach based on active learning seeks to identify and overcome internal barriers that may limit effective leadership, while developing practices that maximize performance and effectiveness.
With workshops focused on key topics such as conflict management, self-compassion and deep listening, this proposal not only strengthens teachers’ skills, but also fosters a collaborative and transformative learning environment. SEK Education Group thus consolidates its leadership in educational innovation and in the professional development of its teams, reaffirming its mission to offer quality, student-centered teaching.
