Listening to the SEK Educational Community to continue improving our educational model. With this premise, SEK International Schools have run a series of workshops, focus groups and individual interviews with students, families and teachers to hear their opinions about the learning experience lived over the four months of remote teaching.
Even in these difficult circumstances, the takeaway from this process was that the sense of solidarity and support in schools has been bolstered. The testimonial of a family sums up this sentiment: “We have created a great community it is not just our kids’ school”.
Over 200 people have taken part in this assessment, including external observers. With the suggestions for improvement received, and taking note of the most valued aspects, and the work done for the design of the SEK Future Learning Model, the SEK Group will continue to perfect its educational model, with the ongoing objective of offering relevant learning experiences to all members of our Community.
