Nieves Segovia, President of SEK Education Group, gave the opening speech at the B Good Day 2018 with a conference in which she spoke about the company model in which young people would like to work in the future. The event, which analysed the need for change and innovation at companies in order to adapt to the challenges of the 21st century, featured the participation of pioneering Spanish companies that are part of this global movement to which the best companies in the world belong.
The event, in which new paths of business management were explored, was also attended by change leaders, entrepreneurs, executives, government leaders, academics, media and investors.
After the opening conference given by Nieves Segovia, featuring a video starring SEK and UCJC students discussing what kind of companies they would ideally like to work for in the future, there were also several workshops on management of organisational and cultural change, or the route towards a circular economy, among other issues related to the change of management models in companies.
