SEK Education Group has implemented a set of measures designed to respond to the possible economic difficulties of students and their families due to the COVID-19 crisis. Specifically, SEK has endowed a fund of €250,000 to support schooling over the months of April, May and June to attend to families that are going through economic difficulties, and has expanded the current fund for scholarships and grants by one million euros, enlarging it to 2.5 million euros for the coming 2020/21 academic year.
In addition, SEK Group has approved a series of economic measures to continue accompanying families that require support, with special priority to larger families and those with younger children. Also, SEK school students will have an additional 25% discount on all Summer Experiences.
Optionally, families who wish to do so may defer the payment of bills for April, May and June, paying in instalments until the month of August and 50% of the amount of the re-enrolment fee will be refunded in the bill for May to those families that request it.
